Human Resources Administrator
Atlas Tech, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, and highly motivated team player to join our team of professionals. We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Administrator to support the company's human resource efforts. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is based out of our Corporate Headquarters in North Charleston, SC.

Pay Band - $73,678 - $110,232 varies with experience.
You Will:
- Participate in developing and refining HR guidelines, procedures, and policies for Atlas Tech
- Manage and optimize administrative processes in the company's HRIS for onboarding across multiple locations
- Oversee employment actions through the company HRIS
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
- Schedule and conduct new hire orientation, including E-Verification and I-9 processing
- Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing compliance with all policies and procedures
- Ensure policies align with federal and state guidelines and monitor for regulatory changes
- Support team members with Family Medical Leave, Short Term Disability claims, return-to-work documentation, employee relations, EAP, and other HR-related activities
- Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making and align strategies with business goals
- Lead HR projects such as HR technology implementation, wellness initiatives, and talent development programs
- Participate in quarterly goal setting to align HR initiatives with company objectives
- Plan and lead company-wide training initiatives in areas such as mentoring, leadership, communication, and employee development
- Advocate for both the company and employees in all Human Resources matters
- This position may directly supervise other HR professionals and will help mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and teamwork
As a Human Resources Administrator at Atlas Tech, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience, directly contributing to our operational success.
You Have:
- 5+ years of HR generalist or administrative experience
- Experience working with integrated HRIS systems
- Experience in managing leave processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- The ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Demonstrated experience with HR analytics, project management, and leading HR initiatives
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset with the ability to lead and mentor others
We’d Be Impressed If You Had:
- Experience with Paylocity
- A certification from SHRM or HRCI
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience in the government contracting industry
- Experience working in 300+ employee organizations
